Creating Shortcuts

We want the MyLogin Dashboard to be as useful and versatile as possible for your users and for it to contain all the resources they need during the school day.

For this reason we have added the ability to add shortcuts, or quick links, to your user's dashboards. These are simply tiles that direct to a resource of your choice. This might be your school intranet, a learning resource that does not require log in, like BBC bitesize or anything else you would like. 

To create a shortcut:

1. Navigate to 'My Apps'
2. then to 'Shortcuts'
3. You can then click 'create' for either you teacher or student dashboards
4. Add the shortcut name, the link (best to copy this direct from your browser) a description, if you like, and add an image if you like and click save
5. The links will now appear in the appropriate dashboard
