Display Rules

You can choose which applications show up on teacher and student dashboards using display rules. You can show apps to all students or teachers, or get more specific by selecting certain groups, classes, or year levels. If a user is part of any group with the app turned on, it will appear on their MyLogin dashboard.

To use the display rules 

  1. To set custom display rules for an app, go to ‘My Apps’ and select ‘Apps’. Find the app you want, then click the configure icon to get started.Screenshot 2025-04-09 at 13.28.38.png

  3. You can then grant access to different groups. You can do this on just user type students/employeesScreenshot 2025-04-09 at 13.32.26.png
  4. Alternatively you can be more granular and grant access based on class, house, registration or year.Screenshot 2025-04-09 at 13.32.54.png
  5. Toggle on any groups you want to have the app on their dashboard. Anyone who belongs to a group with the toggle enabled will see the app on their dashboard.Screenshot 2025-04-09 at 13.33.34.png
  6. Please note, these settings can be updated at any time.
